All purchases on our website will be sent via Evri and are posted the same day as the order was placed, so long as the order is made before 1pm. If not, the order is posted the following working day.

Orders under £60.00 will be sent by Evri and a charge of £2.95 will be added to your order.

All orders are dispatched Monday - Friday. If the order is placed on Saturday it will be processed on Monday. November - December orders are dispatched on Saturday up to 1pm.

Any problems with delivery should be followed up with Evri. Your tracking number can be requested by emailing sales@scentsationalperfumes.com.

For a guaranteed next day service*, We offer next day delivery via DHL 

A charge of £4.95 will be made for this service and is an option at the checkout process.

Christmas Delivery
The closer to Christmas it gets, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery times due to couriers work load increasing.
Please consider ordering early to save disappointment.

Please contact us within 28 days of receipt of goods should you wish to return your unused and unopened item(s). The cost of the product only will be refunded. (Scentsational Perfumes do not refund postal charges) Postage costs will only be refunded if the merchandise received were incorrect, faulty, or damaged upon receipt please retain all packaging and notify us within 72 hours in this case.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days from receipt of the return.
